Transformation begins with understanding.

We believe every organization has the potential to become stronger, healthier, and more effective, but meaningful change starts with listening, learning, and asking the right questions.

At Mejora Global, we partner with leaders who are ready to move from uncertainty to clarity, from complexity to action, and from vision to impact.

Because the best solutions aren’t imposed. They’re discovered together.

Our Experience

Drawing on decades of experience across nonprofit leadership, business strategy, governance, evaluation, communications, and organizational development, we help organizations navigate change with confidence.

Our role is not to tell you what to do. Our role is to help you uncover what is possible.

Evelyn Huynh
Senior Analytics Strategist

Tramy “Evelyn” Huynh (she/her/hers) is proud to join Mejora Global. With a background in grant consulting and working on the field on political campaigns and labor unions, and an AmeriCorps volunteer, Evelyn has cultivated her collaboration skills in all that she does. Evelyn grew up in San Diego as a daughter of refugees from then war-torn Viet Nam. Her experience guiding her parents through American social services, customs, and more instilled in her the servant leadership philosophy that she lives by. That is the desire to improve the lives of others that may be disadvantaged.

Evelyn and her husband, Joe, are proud parents to their 10-year son that is on the Autism Spectrum. The lived experience of being a parent to an Autistic child and navigating a world that is challenging to neurodivergent individuals has expanded her level of empathy and further fostered her collaborative nature.

Evelyn has a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration in nonprofit management from Seton Hall University. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of San Diego. In her spare time, Evelyn enjoys visiting parks with her family and improving her language abilities in Vietnamese and Spanish.
